This cottage is arranged over 3 floors with a front entrance at ground floor level and a rear door on the middle floor leading to the lawns and play areas. On the ground floor is one triple bedroom containing a double bed, single bed and space for a cot. There is also a shower room with hand basin and toilet. The kitchen/lounge/dining room are on the middle floor. The lounge has a full length feature window.

Stairs up in the hall go to a further single bedroom, a twin bedroom and a large family bathroom.
